Miraculously, on December 7th, 2024, all antagonisms fell silent in honor of Notre Dame, the Mother of Jesus, when numerous world leaders gathered to celebrate the reopening of the magnificent cathedral, Notre-Dame de Paris.
It’s worth underscoring the importance of the Mother of Jesus in the Islamic faith, who honors her with one of the largest surahs in the Holy Qur’an.
Peace and solemnity characterized the celebration: it was a testament to the power of unity with all differences set aside in a shared reverence for Notre Dame. It seemed all arms and ammunition had fallen silent.
We hope that this miracle of peace becomes a reality in our lives, our families, and around the globe, especially in the Holy Land, the birthplace of Jesus.
This year, Hanukkah, the miracle of the oil in the Jewish faith, coincides with Christmas on December 25th.
The Dr. Ghoulem Berrah Foundation wishes our Christian brothers and sisters a Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah to our Jewish brothers and sisters.
Happy and joyful New Year to all.
